I'm trying to find the correct source code for the jars in Consol2 C-CDA R2.1/R1.1/MU2 v2.6.2.20170118. There is a link to a source zip and tar.gz but there are a couple problems with the sources. One, they contain a bunch of classes that are not in the binaries. Thus it is hard to see which of the those source folders I really need. Two, the sources contain references to org.openhealthtools.mdht... but the binaries use org.eclipse.mdht...

I have not looked at the zip recently but we have two libraries - org.eclipse.mdht and the libraries based on implementation guides org.openhealthtools.mdht

long story about having both

we are in the process of releasing "3.0" which we currently have in this maven repository

I'm not using maven unfortunately.

This question is related to my previous one about the source code. I'm just trying to get the source code that corresponds to the binaries in this version: Consol2 C-CDA R2.1/R1.1/MU2 v2.6.2.20170118, so that I can try to compile them under Java 1.6. I can't move to a more recent version of Java.
