Yesterday i downloaded eclipse ide for java ee from

Sorry, it does look like your download is corrupt. This is NOT ordinary
for Eclipse and it's unlikely that eclipse.org is offering you a corrupt
file so it must have happened during download.

Please throw away the download - the release is obsolete.

Go to <https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/eclipse-packages/> and download the installer for your operating system, and use the installer to set up your Eclipse.
