Cannot setup a glassfish server environment in Eclipse Neon.3 [message #1758262]

Hello,

I have recently downloaded the Eclipse Neon.3 IDE. I have also downloaded the Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 7 (Java EE 7) SDK Update 2 and I've installed the Java SE Development Kit 8u121. The installation folder of the JDK and JRE is C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_121 and C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_121 respectively. My machine is running Windows 7 SP1 64.

The problem I have is, as you can see in the attached pictures, that I cannot setup a glassfish runtime environment because eclipse treats the JDK as version 7 instead of version 8 and returns the message "Java 7 or higher is required". What is strange here is that in the same time it recognizes the JRE correctly.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix the problem?
