After upgrading from Neon.2 to Neon.3, I've had some minor issues that have resulted in visible symptoms. I've either addressed those issues or posted other questions about those issues.

I also noticed another log entry appearing in my Eclipse log that doesn't appear to be related to the other problems, and isn't causing an obvious symptom for me, but it's occurring multiple times in my log.

This is part of the stacktrace (the full trace is about three times as long as this) that I see repeated in my log several times:
