Enable/Disable actions [message #331700]

Hi,

I have three actions (toolbar buttons) "save" , "restart" ,"stop". I want
all of them to be enabled at startup. The "save" button should be disabled
upon clicking "stop" button. Similarly , it should be enabled again when
"restart" button is clicked.

How do i do that?
