Up until the latest NEON / Oxygen version, I've always been able to find a 32 bit Eclipse IDE for Java and Report Developers to download and install. I no longer see that under Neon or Oxygen builds. Where does one find that IDE? If no longer available, what IDE should I download and how do I add BIRT to it ? Thanks.

Looking for the Windows 32-bit version. I see the Neon-3 Java IDE is now available for download. Just showed up. so that's good. Any idea when the windows 32-bit java ide for report developers for Oxygen version will show up?

I'm not sure where you are looking, but it's on this page (the "Download Packages" page): https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/eclipse-packages/?osType=win32&release=undefined , near the bottom.
Having said that, is there a reason you don't just use the installer, which will present you with all of the available packages for your platform?
