Hello,

I try to found a way to compare and to see differences between two models generated by a same transformation.
Unfortunately, EMF compare doesn't really work:
- doesn't work directly on my models with a special extension name (e.g. model.myMetaModel needs to be rename model.xmi)
- successive generation has differences (same elements considered as changed, or as deleted and added...)
The first point is just annoying but the second is blocking...

All advices are welcome.

You van register additional file extensions in the EMF Compare preferences. Also, you should be able to tune which changes EMF Compare ignores. See https://www.eclipse.org/emf/compare/documentation/latest/FAQ.html

P.S. EMF Compare has its own forum here: https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/164/

Cheers,
Dennis

Thank you Dennis, it's help me, especially for the first point.

I investigate a little more and it's doesn't work very well because i have some elements in my model not contained.
