As I wrote on OH2 foruns I thinks that is one gap in ESH/OH2 for end users program some scheduling rules.
There is any functionality on road map to implement this feature on PaperUI?

Take a look on this Angularjs component which I think that can accomplish our needs.

Hi Jaime,

Karel was once working on a CalDAV integration (as he mentioned here: https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/pull/959#issuecomment-180738874), which would allow to do rule triggering through a calendar integration. Apart from this, I am not aware of any activities around this.
Note that the new scheduler has support for rfc5545 (i.e. the calendar format), so if you are interested, feel free to suggest a new Trigger module for the rule engine and implement support for calendar entries in the Paper UI.
