RCPTT: Available Software Sites (update sites) list empty? [message #1754004]

I want to test the list of Available Software Sites (update sites) with RCPTT, but when I launch my AUT and open Preferences > Install/Update > "Available Software Sites" the list is empty.

Does anyone know if this expected and a known limitation or a bug?

AUT based on Eclipse: Neon.2
Java: 1.8
RCPT: 2.2.0
