I work in an environment where I have limited internet access therefore cannot download additional components for Papyrus. Does the "All In One" solve my problem?

That it contains the main tool in addition to all the components, reverse engineer Java code, etc all in one single download and no need to manage a separate update package?

Hi,

the update-site that you mention does not contain Papyrus SW designer (which you need for the Java reverse feature), and I'm not aware that a such an update site exists for all Papyrus extensions. A zip of the SW designer update site zip can be downloaded from here.
