TM Local Terminal screen crash problem [message #1752946]

I have TM Local Terminal problem.
I execute local terminal but terminal screen was crashed as 1.jpg.
2.jpg was no response prompt.
Target Management Terminal Local version was 4.1.0.201606052329 as 3.jpg.
Please let me know this problem.

You seem to be using a special kind of command prompt.

Please report a bug on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Target%20Management , and let us know details about your OS Version and Language. Please also execute "set > env.txt" on a command prompt and attach that file.

It might also be helpful to know whether the latest Git Bash from "git for windows" works well for you, the download is here: https://git-scm.com/download/win
Once you have downloaded and installed that, the TM Terminal should offer a "Git Bash" mode for you (on a new workspace), that might resolve your problem.
