Egit replaced all the icons in navigation panel. So for example if I add a method to my interface it does not display red flag on the java class that implements this interface. What's the solution? Add new icon maybe or am I missing something?
Here's the picture. It doesn't display it in navigation bar, only if file is open.

I'm not sure how this related to EGit, but note that you are showing the Navigator view, not the Package Explorer view, on the left, so likely your confusion arises from expecting the Navigator to show what you normally see in the Package Explorer. It does not decorate files with their warnings.

Got it. I always thought that they both put a red warning label next to file, I guess not. Thanks for clarification on this.
