In the swing code ,can list serial port .but in the RCP framework develop application can't list serial port.

This isn't a problem of JDT, and even when you ask in other forums, you'd still need to tell them what is class CommPortIdentifier. Apparently, the implementation of that class conflicts with s.t. in RCP, but with the information you show I can't even suggest whom you should ask.
