I have switched from Oxygen to NEON hoping to gain stable IDE.
I am not sure why, but I am still getting unpredicted behavior.
I am reluctant to post this , but I seriously need some answers, or hints.

Here is the latest.
After starting NEON I had an option to permanently select "workspace" .
After that my single project , I have deleted all project from works[pace , except one displayed this in IDE. See attached file.
I have not touched anything on the IDE during this time.

Please note the "fatal error " on nonexistent code line.

So my questions are:
what actually initialized / started the IDE ? Or did I just see last screen when I terminated the IDE?
how do know which version of the Program is actually referred to in "problems" ?
Or should I just ignore the initial screen?

I have been doing "Clean Project" when I get strange behavior and than "Run" current version. Works MOST of the time.

Considering it's an error on a comment, it's likely an old, uncleared error.
Right click on "Errors" in the Problems view. Pick "Select All" then "Delete"
It's only a real problem if it returns.
