Everytime I open Eclipse and sometimes in the middle of developing I get this message box

An internal error occured during: "Initializing PHP Tooling"


In the details box there is written

java.lang.NullPointerException


I use Fedora 25. Eclipse version Neon.1 (4.6.1). I see two Eclipse PDT components:
Mylyn PDT bridge and PDT UI Plugin. Both of them have version number 4.1.0.201610011446
