Good day BIRT community,

I was wondering how easy is it to incorporate future updates provided by Eclipse if I make modifications & customizations to the current open source version of the report designer. Are there any modules that I shouldn't touch at all to make the process as painless as possible?

Anyone have any experience with this? I've been searching around but to no avail. Thanks in advance.
