Hello. Correct me if i'm wrong.
There is no way to set source folders? And there seems to be no way to add you own libraries either?

I've got a big project. The source code is split into several folders. I just can't find any way that I can use the IDE without flattening everything into one directory level, which I don't wanna do.

You can certainly create source folders, or generally any structure you want. As you already have a big project I assume you are using make or cmake or some other tool and aren't using makefile builder provided by CDT as that has some limitations.

Can you explain your problem a little more, what happens when you import your project (e.g. File -> New -> Other -> C/C++ -> Makefile Project with Existing Code)?
