According to UML 2.5 spec it should be possible to indicate the order of the ends of an association with a solid triangle.
Here is an extract from UML 2.5 spec, chapter 11.5.4:
"On a binary Association drawn as a solid line, a solid triangular arrowhead next to or in place of the name of the Association and pointing along the line in the direction of one end indicates that end to be the last in the order of the ends of the Association."

How does Papyrus UML support this?

Louis, are you aware of the Papyrus forum? Probably best to ask there.

In Eclipse UML2 API itself, since the collection of ends is an EList, the order of ends is the order they appear in the list (by default, order of addition). Whether Papyrus allows the user to depict the order via the graphical notation, I have no idea.
