Hi Everyone,

We're rolling out a VDI environment and need to include eclipse.

Currently we have 2 methods of deploying applications, one is though AppV publishing, the other is by putting software in the base (gold) image.

The issue is, Eclipse tends to store some of it's jar files in the user profile, which of course is gone once the application is deployed, so you get the "The eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library" error.

Has anyone managed to package eclipse with App-V or similar deployment methods, or even got it working in an RDS environment?
