Towards the goal of not using the mouse as much as possible, I'm looking to see if there is a possible keyboard binding for the "Commit and Push" and "Commit" buttons in the Git Staging View. I can't even use the Tab key generally, because I'm typically in the comment field, which inserts tab characters.

For "Commit" you can use Ctrl + Enter (Cmd + Enter on Mac).

There is a tooltip when you hover over the button:

On Win7, with Neon.1, there is no tooltip for either of those buttons.

So if Ctrl+Enter is for "Commit", what is the binding for "Commit and Push"?

there is no binding for "Commit and Push", I am working on a patch to add that,
any suggestions which binding to use ? I was thinking about ALT-Enter.
