download.eclipse.org is alive? [message #1747101]

There is a problem with downloading plugins from repositories on download.eclipse.org - many of them could not downloaded beacuse of read timeout.
Here is one of exception in Eclipse Installer log:

 ERROR: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.transport.ecf code=1002 Unable to read repository at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/201610111000/plugins/org.eclipse.epp.mpc.help.ui_1.5.2.v20161004-1655.jar.
  java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

There is no problem with internet connection on my side. So, maybe problem on "download.eclipse.org" site hosting.
