Where did you install too? It looks like this location "\\b2fs01\software$\Eclipse Reporting\eclipse". Is that location read-only? It looks like it was installed using the installer. By default it uses a bundle pool. Where is that bundle pool located? Is it read-only as well?

Don't try to run Eclipse from a network share or use a workspace that's on a network share. Strange things are bound to happen given the throughput, latency, and file locking semantics.
