Hello,

A strange problem as arisen today, when I attempt to generate the Xtext artifacts by running the mwe2 file, I recieve the following error:

"Downloading ANTLR parser generator failed: Connection timed out: connect"

It then proceeds to direct me to a URL to download it manually, however when doing so the connection also times out in the browser.

I've tried it on 2 separate machines and the error is duplicated so I'm wondering if this issue is even something on my end or a server issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
