On the dowload page http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/updates-released/2.4.0/site/
I am getting "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." error. I tried to use another browser it didn't work either.

It's not a page designed to be viewed in a browser, it's a link you can paste into the Install New Software... dialog.
