I keep seeing a Multiple problems have occurred popup box. In it are repeated lines of:

An error has occurred. See error log for more details.

The above line will repeat multiple times. I press details>> and I see this message:

An error has occurred. See error log for more details. java.lang.NullPointerException

This started happening after I upgraded to Neon.1 (4.6.1)

How do I stop the dialog from coming up? It comes up when I start tomcat. It comes up when I run a batch program from the Project Exploration tab. I close the popup and everything seems to work fine.
