We have built a plugin that we have been distributing through our own update site to our team members. However, we recently upgraded to Neon, and upgraded tycho as well, and now users are getting the message that no update was found, even though the update is available on the update site. If they go into "Install New Software", and select our update site, the plugin updates appear and can be installed. When installing, it tells them that the plugin is already installed and an update will be performed. My question is, why does the "install new software" process recognize the plugin update, but the "Update Software" process no longer does?
