Is EclipseFX Bugzilla still operative? I have a critical #501197
which hasn't been assigned to anyone for a week or more.

I am so grateful for all the hard work which goes into EclipseFX

I commented on the bug but this does not look like an efxclipse problem! To answer your first question - yes bugzilla is still the bugtracker (until we move to github). If you need guaranteed responsetimes, i suggest to sign a service contract with BestSolution.at

Hopefully, if my product takes off I will take out a contract!
In the meantime, I just need to get the Alpha working
I've made a further comment on the bug.
