Hello all,

As I saw in the OM2M building block that OM2M supports also the Device Management protocol such as OMA-DM or LightweigthM2M. I am not quite clear that how does OM2M support them? Can anyone help me to clarify this Point?

Thank you so much!

Kind regards
Yoshida

Can anyone reply to this question? How is the device management achieved in the OM2M. Do you have this in roadMap?

Hello,

I think this building block diagram comes from an old version of OM2M (previously 0.8, with ETSI SmartM2M standard). For the moment the device management aspect is not handled by the current version of OM2M (1.0, oneM2M standard).
You can find more information on the roadmap on this wiki page: https://wiki.eclipse.org/OM2M/Roadmap

Regards,
Guillaume

Hello,

Any idea if OM2M is planning to implement oneM2M device management aspect? if yes is there a defined release?
Thanks,

Best,
Sabrina

FWIW, there is another Forum thread about the roadmap, maybe you should ask this questions there?
