I am following a Java tutorial and cannot see the swing drop down in my java eclipse IDE... I have

latest neon... windows64....java for developers version.

In the tutorial there is a swing drop down... but not in my IDE?

I have included a screen grab which shows the training video and my own eclipse ide in the background.

WindowBuilder (the project that provides the Swing and SWT design features you're looking for) was not included in the initial release of Eclipse Neon. But there is a new WindowBuilder version available to install into your Eclipse Neon: see https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=1078681&goto=1738757&#msg_1738757
