Regenerating an existing Static Profile from cli/CI? [message #1740528]

Hi,

Is it possible to regenerating an existing Static Profile from cli and/or from CI?

What I need it to automatically generate a static profile every time the profile is updated (and then build, package and redeploy of course).

Thus, automate what is described below I guess.

Hi

It's certainly possible ...

However I don't think it is supported out of the box.

You would need to develop a UML nature+builder so that every time a
*.uml file changes something good happens. More generally you seem to
motivate an EMF/GenModel nature to auto-genmodel.

Hitherto this has not been automated, perhaps just because of laziness,
perhaps because GenModel has not been sufficently bomb-proof.
