Hi Philippe,
there is no direct notion of "Accept Time Event" in UML. You have indeed two seperate concepts : the "Accept Event Action" on one side, and the Event itself which tiggers the Action.
UML defines several kinds of Event such as "Signal Event", "Call Event", "Change Event" or "Time Event".
So in activity diagrams, you only have an Accept Event Action in the palette. In the properties view, once the accept action is created, you can create its owned Trigger, which in turn will have to reference a Time Event. If not already existing, the time event can be created with the green "+" button from the "event" reference of the trigger in the properties view, or directly with the model explorer new child menu in the context of a package.
Notice that Events can't be displayed in activity diagrams, however the diagram provides a specific "hourglass" shape for Accept Event Actions on Time Event. The shape is modified as soon as the event referenced by the action's trigger is a Time Event.
Best regards,
Sebastien
