I downloaded Eclipse Neon for Java Developers from the official website to use in Ubuntu 14.04. First thing I did was trying to install the Protocol Buffers plugin (protobuf-dt) from the market, but at some point I get a popup asking to trust some certificate. At that point I canceled the installation.

The problem appears to be with eclipse, and not with protobuf-dt, since it is asking to trust a root certificate from the Eclipse Foundation that goes all the way down to the GTE CyberTrust Global Root. How to solve this issue?

Is there an updated version of Neon shipping with an updated certificate?
