I am adding command button using plugin.xml --> Extensions in
Menu --> Toolbar.

Tooltip not getting set for Command having new Wizard - org.eclipse.ui.newWizard.


I tried to set tooltip value pro-grammatically in class extending WorkbenchWindowAdvisor, method postWindowOpen() but it is not getting reflected.

I have also encountered this problem recently while working on https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/m/1816027/#msg_1816027

Is this a known problem? Should I file a Bugzilla entry for that?
