Trying to setup target platform, but tutorial isn't working [message #1736842]

I've set my neon with e(fx)clipse 2.4(total fx newbie, by the way)
I am going though this turial to set my eclipse:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Efxclipse/Tutorials/AddingE(fx)clipse_to_eclipse

but when I try to add target content with software site ( http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/runtime-released/2.4.0/site
or
http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/runtime-released/2.3.0/site
or
http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/runtime-released/2.0.0/site
)

the FX Target nor FXRuntime item never shows up. Only "e(fx)clipse - install and e(fx)clipse - single components" items show up instead.

What should I do?
