If you bring up a command prompt window and type "java -version", what
does that tell you? I.e., what is the default Java version being used
by this computer? The installer also looks in the registry for all the
registered Java installations, so if you're seeing this message, it's
not finding one with the right bitness or of a high-enough version
anywhere, including not on the default system path.
