For some issue tab of active MPart is hidden, so user can't close part using "x" from tab (see image hiddenTabOfThirdPart.png).
Sample application: hiddenCloseButton.7z

Is there any proposal to resolve it?

This looks like a bug in TabPane from JavaFX. I more and more think
about rolling a custom TabPane, as there are so so many bugs and
problems with TabPane.
