There is a Vogella tutorial about creating Eclipse wizards - http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/EclipseWizards/article.html. WorkspaceWizard class and extension in this project shall also give you some ideas - https://github.com/Nasdanika/server/tree/master/org.nasdanika.workspace.wizard
