Eclipse tool bar -> Window -> Preferences -> Server -> Runtime Environments -> Search

I get the error "no new run time server environment were found". Tomcat is not found when I point to the the "apache-tomcat-8.0.33" directory. The directory is not empty. The "apache-tomcat-8.0.33" directory was a simple unzip. No files were changed or deleted.

I will open a BusZilla report if someone can reproduce the error.
