Open Attached Javadoc issue with e4 API [message #1730929]

I'm facing an issue when trying to open a javadoc for any e4 element. I can hover over any e4 class or interface in the editor and see the javadoc, but when I try to launch in a browser (shift-F2), it throws an error saying 'The documentation location for <MPart/MApplication/EPartService/etc> has not been configured'.

It appears that only org.eclipse.e4 packages are affected. The platform, SWT, and Jface javadocs work fine. Has anyone else experience this?

I'm using eclipse 4.5.2 (Mars.2) RCP build.
