Does anyone know if there is a plugin still available for Eclipse for XMLBeans? I'm migrating code from an old Workshop eclipse where the facets are available to Eclipse MARS where the facets are no longer available. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked in the Marketplace (via Eclipse's Help menu or online at https://marketplace.eclipse.org/) ?

yes. nothing for xmlbeans or former weblogic workshop (which used to contain these features). I've tried a plugin at this site "https://sourceforge.net/projects/xmlbeansplug/" and follow the instructions, but it didn't work for Eclipse Juno. The button was there, but it didn't create the "XMLBean builder" like it was supposed to in the document.

Yeah, that's a VERY old plugin and looks like it never made it out of beta stage anyway.
Given the fact that XMLBeans has been retired by Apache (quite a while ago), it seems unlikely that you'll find any current tooling to support it.
