Hi!
I need to share workspace between two different operating systems: Debian and Windows7. I tried to search on google but nothing really works.. Any suggestion?

You can't share workspaces, period. The right way is to put your
project(s) into a version-control system and build workspaces wherever
you need them using those projects.
