I found two problems with collapsible groups in ecp 1.7.1 ...swt rendering!

1. Localization not working
The name of the group is not translated ...it shows "%<name>"
(See attached screenshot)
When changing group-type to "normal" the translated name is shown correctly!

2. when expanding the group ... no scrollbars are added/created in the view
(same screenshot)

I saw that there are some bugs relating to collapsible Groups... but I'm
not sure if they cover my observations.
