Changing the usecase-ellipse in a usecase diagramm [message #1724425]

Hello,

I am totally new to UML/SysML modelling and have already one question I coudn't find a solution for.

Is it possible to have the usecase-ellipse without the horizontal line in the ellipse?

I attached a picture for better understanding

Hi Paul,

Here's how you can do this:

Right-click on the use case
Select "Filters > Show/Hide Compartments
Uncheck the checkbox to the left of the use case

This will remove the line.

Note that you can multi-select all the use cases and do this in one shot.

There is probably also a way to do this using CSS, but I am not an expert on that aspect of the tool customization.

Thank you Charles.

I have a different question, but don't want to open a new thread..

I'm exporting my diagrams via right click on "RootElement", "Export" and "Export All Diagrams..." in PNG.

But I would like to have a frame, which is showing what kind of diagram I have.
Right there is no frame at all around a diagram.

Is it possible to activate somewhere this function?

Just FYI frames around diagrams have a specific meaning in UML (for Use Cases they show system scope; there are other meanings) so if you want to have correct/unambiguous diagrams then don't add frames
