Well done for taking on this vital task - the existing state of
affairs with project-specific bundling to make enablement plugins
just isn't scalable for a growing Eclipse community.
The SOA Tools project has multiple requirements for external
jars, many of which will overlap with other projects and Orbit
will give us an efficient solution - you have our strong
support.
When are accepting lists of candidate jars? :)

Thanks for your support on this. Note that this is not a replacment for
the IP process. Whatever is approved through that process should appear
as bundles in Orbit. So the list is whatever you have gotten approved.
The work model is that people using the libraries are responsible for
creating and maintaining the bundled versions of those libraries. The
hope is that over time the folks in Orbit will develop best practices
and guidelines for how to do this. We will seed the project with some
information once the project is provisioned.
