Hey Guys, currently I am using the XE3 IDE in combination with SVN on Windows 7(32 bit) . Now I would like to change to the Eclipse CDT. Do you know how much effort is requeired to change ? Will there be any problems? How does it work? Thanks for your help !

You are asking for opinions which, in the long run, are useless. A similar question at stackoverflow was closed some time ago for this very reason.
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7230518/is-embarcadero-c-builder-a-good-choice-as-an-ide

There may be those here who could answer the how-hard-can-it-be question but it would still be opinion.

Only you can provide the answer by comparing what XE3 does for you with what Eclipse/CDT does. Take a small project and modify it. Then perhaps you'll have your answer. Understand that CDT has been designed to favor builds using make and the GCC compiler suite and debugging them with GDB. Ease in using anything else will decrease as the differences from this development path increase.
