Can something explain the differences and intended uses for the options when starting a WindowBuilder file.

Under swing the options are:
Application Window
JApplet
JDialog
JFrame
JInternalFrame
JPanel
Swing Automatic Databinding

I can seem to find anything the explain each of these well enough. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you try the WindowBuilder Pro User Guide available as part of the Eclipse docs?

All of the Swing wizards are explained there.
