Hi all,

Decided to check out the Xtext web editor support. Miro Sponemann is
supposed to have written a nice blog on editing DSLs in a web browser, but
Miro's blog seems to be no longer available. Is it just temporarily down or
has it been removed permanently?

Are there any other tutorials out there that can help me get up and running
with a simple DSL in the web browser?

Thanks!

Mary

Hi,

i dont know what happened to that blog.

but getting started should be very easy

(1) create a new project using the wizard
(2) deselect eclipse + select web on the second page of the wizard
(3) select maven as build system and as source folder layout
(4) write your grammar
(5) on the parent run mvn clean install
(6) on the web project run mvn jetty:run
the editor is available on http://localhost:8080

My blog is currently disabled, but the post on web integration was a bit outdated anyway, so I'll probably write an updated post soon.
