How does one programatically launch an E4 application from another E4 application? I am surprised that I have not found the documentation to do this.

I want both to run on multiple platforms.

Is it good practice to go down this route for modular development and and is it possible to still retain the ability to do multi-platform deployment - as opposed to tighter coupling by e.g. making it one application and changing the model components dynamically?

I think Eclipse itself uses this e.g. for Help Contents - ?
