Hi,

I use tomcat 7, win 10-(64bit) and eclipse Mars.1.
Problem:

tomcat startet, i see the tomcat Welcome page. (http://localhost:8080/)-> it works.
I create a Inifity process Model like the Manual an tutorials on the stardust page. All is fine and works.
Now i want to open the Stardust Portal with http://localhost:8080/ProjektName -> i get an Error 404
Why?
I need it for my Master Thesis. Please help me!

thanks

best regards

Silvio

Hi Silvio,

It seems your dynamic-web-project(Masterarbeit) is not published to tomcat server. In the server view right click on tomcat and select "add and remove" and see if your project is deployed to tomcat.
http://help.eclipse.org/mars/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.stardust.docs.wst%2Fhtml%2Fwst-integration%2Fdynamic-web-proj.html

If already published , a couple of things to check:

1. When you start the tomcat server can you check if there are any errors/exceptions traces on console, while publishing the web-project?
2. Java version used
3. In eclipse installation folder there will be one "stardust.log" file, check for any errors/exceptions(you can attach a fresh log file here as well)?

Above thing may give us some clue about the problem with your setup.

- Thanks
Ashish
