I am using Eclipse version Mars. I am behind a proxy which i have configured in my settings. I also can see the configuration is correct in the org.eclipse.core.net.prefs file. Contents of file provided below.

eclipse.preferences.version=1
org.eclipse.core.net.hasMigrated=true
proxyData/HTTP/hasAuth=false
proxyData/HTTP/host=internet.ground.fedex.com
proxyData/HTTP/port=80
proxyData/HTTPS/hasAuth=false
proxyData/HTTPS/host=internet.ground.fedex.com
proxyData/HTTPS/port=80
systemProxiesEnabled=false
proxiesEnabled=true

I can browse the internet through the internal browser, and can access the market place however when i go to install i get a message proxy authentication required. I have exhausted all my other trouble shooting option i found searching the web. Also upon starting eclipse i receive the following messages.

System property https.proxyPort is not set but should be 80.
System property https.proxyHost is not set but should be internet.ground.fedex.com.
etc.

These occur for all entries in my procy file. Any help to point me in the right direction is appreciated.

Did you ever get an answer to this?
I have a similar problem but in my case hasAuth=true,
Also, in Preferences->NetworkConnections, with Active Provider set to Manual and HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS schemas checked, I am not able to uncheck HTTPS and SOCKS. The Clear button does not work after selecting the schema and the Edit button has no option to disable.

I am using Version Neon.2 Release 4.6.2 on Windows.
